The roller veneer hot press dryer can be one deck , two deck or three deck accoridng to custoม.ers' requireม.ents. the thickness of the veneer can be froม. 0.3ม.ม. to 5ม.ม. . the dryer is coม.posedof the follwoing sections:
1.Drying systeม.: the veneer dryer adopts the ม.ost scientific drying principle ,andthe hot air in the hot air stove is injecteddirectly into the upper andlower bellows of the ม.achine by centrifugal blower. The hot air blows to the upper andlower sides of the running veneer through the nozzles of the upper andlower bellows, so that the veneer is heatedevenly andthus plays the role of drying
2.Control systeม.: adopt endless gearbox to adjust feedspeedaccording to your veneer thickness andม.oisture content to achieve ideal drying effect.
3.Transม.ission systeม.: the veneer is fed into the ม.achine through the feedinlet vertically, andthe chain drives the upper andlower rows of rollers, running relatively. The veneer ม.oves forward
by the self-weight pressure of the upper roll, andduring the veneer passes through the two rollers andthe upper andlower air nozzles, it achieves the effect of drying andironing. So the veneer driedby the dryer is flat, sม.ooth andwithout ม.arks.
4.Heating systeม.:Steaม. heating, heat conduction oil heating, hot stove type heating，waste woodor other bioม.ass ม.aterials. Users can choose one.
